Japanese Teapot in Taiwan (Jinshu)

I use this new Jinshu teapot last night. I found it’s so easy to see the tea leave unfold after brewing, fantastic experience.

<We asked the customer some questions>

☆What tea to brew

Taiwanese winter tea, but a kind of special one, called 冬片(Dong Pian).
Just fewer than other normal winter Oolong tea.

☆How to brew

Temperature of first brew should be 95 degree Celsius

☆Oolong tea can brew well with this teapot?

Very well. Good clay I think. 
Some tea house in Taiwan brew oolong tea with this teapot.
