The teapot was made around 40-50 years ago. Simple and elegant shape, fire line (Hidasuki) on white clay and it seems mogake(seaweed) on some part. is attractive. Handle, lid knob, body shape, made with simple lines, impression of clay also simple and calm. Smoothe texture and rather thin and light in weight.
The thick handle is also characteristic of this era.
