Isezaki Sou Bizen-yaki Ceramic "Kutsugata (Irregular Oval)" Cup   伊勢崎創

Very artistic reddish pattern which was made by flame in the kiln during firing. 
Other side of cup shows textured black. It is like wild nature. 

Color of inside is deep and shows typical Bizen good clay color.

Shape of the cup is irregular oval that is called Kutsugata in Japanese. This shape is cup is often seen in Matcha bowl.

The aritst Isezaki Sou is a son of Isezaki Mitsuru, who is an important intangible cultural property of Bizen-yaki. Isezaki Family has long history as artist of Bizen-yaki.
