It is good to brew Gyokuro Green Tea and soft high grade tea leaves that are made of bud. Gyokuro Green Tea require low temperature water such as 40-50℃.
(high temperature water is not used so that you can hold it without burn your hand)
Example of Gyokuro brewing
1st brew : 45℃ Enjoy strong sweet flavor marine note, umami flavor can come out a lot
2nd brew : 60℃
3rd brew : 60℃
4rd brew: 80℃
